Shipping Policy
Products will be shipped once we have received verification that payment has
been received.
If you receive the product in a damaged condition, please keep all shipping
materials and product together and call us immediately. We will contact the
shipper in order to start the claim process. Once the shipper takes
responsibility for the damage, you have the option of a refund or replacement of
the product.
Return Policy. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all orders. Goods must be examined and in good salable condition prior to credit issue. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Return Authorization required before returning product. Please contact our sales team for an R.A.
